Abstract: The article outlines the place of strategic cost analysis in the strategic management of agribusiness. It is emphasized that the strategic cost analysis is a prerequisite for informed choice the best option to attain these objectives and make better management decisions to ensure the achievement of ultimate goals and performance of agricultural enterprises.
