Problems of ownership and pricing of agricultural land

Abstract:
An article considers the problems of property and the conditions under which it is most effectively represented, and highlights positions of supporters and opponents of functioning of agricultural land market in Ukraine. The method of determining the price of land by capitalizing the rent and set price levels for agricultural land is suggested. The advantages of this method over other existing methods are explained. The reasons and consequences of the expected level of land prices in Ukraine are analysed.
