Institutional components in system of balanced use of land-resource potential

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to substantiate the main components in the system of institutional provision of balanced use of land-resource potential in the process of agricultural activity. Research methodology. In the research have been used the following scientific methods: monographic, generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, formation of causality of economic phenomena and processes in the agricultural sector, depending on the land use system. Elements of scientific novelty. The procedure of institutional provision of balanced use of land-resource potential in the agrarian sector based on priority of the tasks of local, regional and national management level has been proposed. There’s been grounded a model of formation of balanced institutional environment in the agrarian land use based on integrated approach to improve the system of use of land-resource potential in the agrarian sector. Practical significance. In the conclusion has been grounded that the balanced use of land-resource potential in the agricultural sector should be based on a comprehensive solution to existing ecological, economic and social problems, taking into account interests of agrarian entities and territorial communities formed at local level considering an influence of both formal and informal institutes.
