Abstract: El importante papel que desempeña el colectivo de sociedades cooperativas almazareras en la economía andaluza justifica que el estudio de los problemas que amenazan su continuidad en el tiempo sea objeto de especial atención. La profesionalización de los puestos de responsabilidad en este tipo de organizaciones es uno de los problemas de mayor trascendencia que han de afrontar estas empresas. La transición hacia una gestión profesionalizada es el caldo de cultivo idóneo para la aparición de problemas en la organización. Con este trabajo se pretende mostrar la especificidad del problema que supone la transición hacia la gestión profesional en el seno de la almazara cooperativa andaluza.......The importance that has the group of olive-oil cooperatives in the Andalusia economy justifies the study of the problems that threaten its continuity in the time. The professionalization of the responsability positions in these organizations is one of the important problems in these companies. The transition toward a professional administration in the basis for the appearance of problems in the organization. In this paper we try to show the specifity of the problem that supposes the transition toward the professional administration in the Andalusia olive-oil cooperative.
