The criteria for selecting supply chain partners is to find bidders with high prices, customers, and middlemen who are committed to providing capital loans to farmers. The transaction system that occurs through a pay later system with a grace period and cash which depends on the agreement between supply chain members. There are government policies that support and contribute to the sustainability of supply chain management. In the aspect of resources owned by members of the supply chain it was found to consist of physical resources, technology, and capital. Meanwhile, in the supply chain business process aspect, it was found that each member of the supply chain requires equipment and input in the form of raw materials in the production process that is carried out. In addition, each member of the supply chain has different risks in each supply chain business process that occurs.
