Abstract:
Potatoes have been stored in the New Jersey, Long Island, and southeastern Pennsylvania area, with varying degrees of success, for a number of years. The purpose of this publication is to present information concerning construction, air circulation, and ventilation of storage houses, which if properly applied, will provide satisfactory conditions. This information applies both to the construction of new storage facilities and to the modification of existing structures.
