No 312565, Marketing Research Reports from United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Transportation and Marketing Program
Abstract:
Excerpts from the report Preface: This study is designed to provide producers, processors, and others in the dairy industry with facts concerning the distribution practices and procedures in the marketing of sour cream. It provides much information that has been unavailable to producers or distributors. The study is part of a broad program of continuing research aimed at expanding markets for farm products. The Agricultural Marketing Service conducted the research, with cooperation and advice from the Milk Industry Foundation, the American Dairy Association, and milk dealers throughout the United States.
