Abstract:
Excerpt from the report Preface: This report is based on a laboratory study of three factors and their interactions that affect the maintenance of quality of rough rice during storage. It is part of a broad study of the cause and control of microbiological, chemical, and physical deterioration of rough rice in relation to off-farm conditioning, handling, and storage in the south central States.
