Excerpt from the report: This study was made to evaluate different systems of packaging bulk cheese at the retail store and the central warehouse and to compare packaging costs at these locations. Improvements in methods, equipment, and layouts, which were developed in other studies, were incorporated in both retail store and warehouse operations.
