Abstract:
Excerpt from the report: Since 1920, a sizable number of studies have been made concerning consumers' preferences, buying practices, and knowledge about eggs. Most of these studies have been conducted in recent years. This report has been prepared in an effort to summarize the more important findings from many of these studies where the surveys were based on personal interviews with consumers or replies to questionnaires sent to them.
