Abstract: This glossary is designed to serve as a practical guide to the many terms associated with food and agricultural policies and programs. Embodied in a myriad of complex programs, these policies cover agricultural commodities, international trade and development, domestic and international food assistance, and conservation. The glossary includes program descriptions, terms used in implementing the programs, and the Federal agencies involved.
