Food Processing in Mexico Attracts U.S. Investment

Abstract: Spurred by a growing economy and population, Mexico has created a favorable environment for foreign firms to sell and invest in. The U.S. food processing industry is responding to the opportunity. Exports to Mexico by U.S. food processing firms and sales by their Mexican affiliates now total nearly $7 billion annually.
