Food Review/ National Food Review, 1980, vol. NFR 12, issue 01
Abstract:
The popularity of sunflower cooking oil has increased sharply in the United States during recent years, and could continue to grow as oil yields and domestic production increase. U.S. sunflower oil use- "domestic disappearance" - has increased from 83 million pounds in 1974 to 325 million pounds in 1 979. Sunflower oil exports rose steadily during the same period, from 9 million pounds to 110 million pounds.
