Revised Farm-Retail Spreads for Beef, Pork and Lamb

Abstract: The three tables that follow present (1) farm-whole sale and wholesale-retail spreads for beef, pork, and lamb on a retail pound basis and (2) revised farm values for beef beginning with 1952, and for lamb beginning with 1959.
