Abstract:
Excerpt from the report: This article deals mainly with agricultural marketing problems in the domestic market in Jamaica and the possibilities of making agriculture a more important element in the future growth of the country through improvements in marketing. Some of the methods discussed in this article already have been employed elsewhere and may have application to conditions in other developing areas that are in transition from subsistence to commercial agriculture.
