Abstract: Excerpt from the Preface: This selected list of research publications in the field of agricultural economics and related socioeconomic studies covers a period of approximately one year ending September 30, 1967, plus a few not listed in ERS-343 and a few that normally would be listed next year. It updates lists of publications of the Economic Research Service available as ERS-350--1961-1965, and ERS-343, October 1965-September 1966. Prior related lists are ERS-Foreign 167, Economics of Agriculture of Foreign Countries and U. S. Foreign Agricultural Trade, April 1961-March 1966, and ERS-205 (with annual supplements) Marketing Economics Research Publications--A Reference List. The list is intended to include citations for all published material of more than temporary interest regardless of the form in which published or the current availability. Publications are grouped by subject matter areas and by ERS divisions responsible for research in such areas. Important among these are publications in U.S. Department of Agriculture and Economic Research Service series, periodic reports, articles in periodicals of the Department, and the State Experiment Station bulletins which report results of Federal-State cooperative studies in agricultural economics. Articles in technical and professional journals, both within and outside the Department, are cited. Published proceedings of symposia and conferences are included when they contain papers which report important ERS research results.
