Helen M. Eklund

No 321993, Miscellaneous Publications from United States Department of Agriculture, Economic Research Service

Abstract: Excerpt from the report: This report presents price-weighted cross-sectional food consumption indexes developed from information collected in the Household Food Consumption Survey, Spring 1965 in order to evaluate patterns of food consumption on a consistent basis. Consumption patterns are compared with those shown by a similar survey in the spring of 1955.
