Marketing of Livestock, Meat, and Meat Products, 1962-June 1967: A List of Selected References

Minnie N. Fuller and Betty B. Baxtresser

No 319351, USDA Miscellaneous from United States Department of Agriculture

Abstract: Excerpt from the Preface: Over the past years, extensive research on the different phases of the marketing of livestock, meat and meat products has been published, but reporting of this research is scattered in various publications. In order to help research workers realize the full potential value of this research, this bibliography has been prepared. It is a highly selective listing of references dealing primarily with the economics of marketing and its phases. However, only a limited amount of material has been included on grading, standardization, quality, and meat technology as these areas will be covered more fully in later bibliographies.
