Abstract: Excerpt from the report: The Minnesota River Basin Report published by the Southern Minnesota River Basin Commission, does not contain cost and benefit data, required Principles and Standards account data, and an environmental impact summary. This USDA Summary Report is being published to provide this information for the recommended USDA program measures. The benefit information was updated using the U.S. Water Resources Council prices published in the Agricultural Price Standards - October 1976. Cost information was updated using price increases of construction and other cost as set forth by the March 24, 1977 issue of the Engineering News Record.
