Abstract: Excerpts from the Foreword: This list was originally prepared by the Publications Unit of the Section of Information in September 1937 for use by the staff of the Soil Conservation Service. It has been revised and supplemented to include later reports and information pertinent to the land utilization, farm forestry, water facilities and other programs established in or transferred to the Soil Conservation Service since that date. The regions of the Soil Conservation Service have been used for the geographic arrangement. While the list does not purport to be all-inclusive, every effort has been made to include all publications pertinent to the Soil Conservation Service programs. Only reports and publications issued in either printed or processed form, have been listed.
