Abstract:
The elasticities of price transmission between average white wheat farm prices and prices at each major level of the marketing chain indicate that a one percent share in track prices, F.O.B. export prices, or C.I.F. export prices is followed by a one percent charge in farm prices. However, no consistent relationship exists between retail prices and farm prices.
