Abstract:
In the present paper it is my desire to discuss briefly the following considerations with reference to research work in the Western States and the coordination of effort among the various agencies involved: 1. Objectives of farm management research. 2. Some important essentials to the effectiveness of farm management research and to the use of its products in view of the present agricultural situation. 3. The outline of a proposed regional program in farm management research. 4. A proposal for the coordination of farm management research effort in the Western States.
