Abstract: Producers today face a shifting landscape shaped by not only large swings in fuel and fertilizer costs but escalating regulatory burdens, agricultural policies, new markets, and changing consumer preferences. The three WEF articles in this issue provide insights into some of the challenges producers face with supplying a stable and affordable food supply.
