Managerial liability in promoting integrity in public entities – Analysis of the legal framework

Abstract: Romania is currently to its fifth National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NAS), the first such document being adopted in 2001. This analysis addresses the case of public authorities, institutions and enterprises in a broad sense, without approaching particular situations, such as the courts, or those categories of staff in public authorities and institutions that enjoy special statutes.
