Abstract:
“Liability is not just what you did, but what you did not do as well†. LaoTzu - Ancient philosopher. The administration science was developed in Romania both in close connection with and in parallel with the administrative law. Public Professor Constantin C. Dissescu was the first Romanian author to mention the subject of administration science and its separation of the administrative law science. The research article deals with important topics of administrative science as integrity, ethics, injunctions and incompatibilities presenting a clear perspective of the organization and developments in Romania during the interbelic period.
