Controlling in the production of innovative industrial products for special purposes in the context of import substitution

Abstract: The main trends in the development of the military–industrial complex of the Russian Federation are considered. The necessity of improving the efficiency of quality control procedures and acceptance of special–purpose products is substantiated, which implies an increase in the role of the state customer at all stages of the innovation and production–technological cycle associated with the release of special–purpose products. An integrated controlling system is proposed for the production of innovative industrial products for special purposes, which is distinguished by the integration of controlling functions in industry and the state acceptance system.
