Risk-oriented direction of banking assets securitization development

Abstract: Increasing turnover by securitization of bank assets requires adequate measures to address the threats posed by the manifestation of legal and agency risks. In the article the possible directions of securitization development in Russian terms, namely: effective banking regulation asset securitisation in the foundations of risk management and capital management.
