Abstract: The most vital issue in practice of bankruptcy of the enterprises in the Russian Federation is need of identification of its types as she allows to reveal cases of deliberate, fictitious or raider type of bankruptcy. In effect, we can safely define all specified versions in the category ofdeliberate bankruptcy which is rather widespread phenomenon in our country.
