Social competence as a factor in the effectiveness of management: socialization approach

Abstract:
Consideration of the management activities that carried out its functions in social systems through various forms of interaction with other subjects of management, makes special demands on the quality that characterizes the social and managerial competence of the modern manager. Considering the key concept of effective leadership, management activities of manager at any level of government social competence, the author proposes a structure of social and managerial competence, justifies the need for such an approach to the analysis of administrative activity.
