Abstract: This article describes the problems of changing organizational structures and internal management mechanisms ofdomestic companies. Reported problems of the industry and directions of their solution within the framework of regional and proprietary programs for the development of production and supply chains. A special place is given to the problem of improving intra-firm mechanisms and organizational structure, primarily corporate ownership, with a significant potential for growth in market efficiency and competitiveness as part of the introduction of modern organizational management structures, including divisional ones, with separate business units-investment and profit centers.
