Abstract: The article gives a definition of the nomenclature of the Affairs, discusses the formation of the documents in the case in accordance with the established rules for an organization that ensures the preservation of the documents, their quick search, preparation of cases for transfer to archiving further in the Organization and is essential for the solution of various management problems.
