Abstract: This paper aims to explore corporate social responsibility from organizational performance perspective.This research was conducted on the pharmaceutical industries of Malakand division and by structured questionnaire data was collected from customer.50 customers sample size was selected using convenience sampling techniques.Out of whom 40 questionnaires were received having response rate of 80% and are used for data analysis.Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for analysis.Results of the research demonstrate that the associationamongcorporate social responsibility and organizational performance is positivein the pharmaceutical industries of Malakand division Pakistan.
