Abstract:
This paper highlights the importance of the Code of Conduct on the Partnership, as partnership is a basic principle in the programming of European structural and investment funds, from conception, management and implementation to their monitoring and evaluation, a principle that adapts the actions to be taken to regional and local needs and priorities. Partnership encourages close cooperation between public authorities in the member states, at national, regional and local level, with the private sector and other stakeholders.
