Abstract:
The aim of the present analysis is to present in a brief and step-by-step all the particular phases of making better regulation at European Union level. The intention is to emphasize the issues and identify the goals of the renewed commitment of European Commission to simplify and make the decision-making process more efficient. Our special purpose is to draw stakeholders� attention to the European Union and Member States� better regulation system.
