Abstract:
The final of the XX-th century and the beginning of the XXI-st constitutes a period of deep changes in human resources management at European level. Decreasing the population number, especially the active population, reducing the masculine labour force rate, decreasing the number of young population, aging the active labour force, increasing the rate of female number on the active population and increasing the professional training level constitute a lot of sources with a huge impact on the methods and techniques used in human resources management at the European level. Renewing the human resources management is done by some different actions, such as: competences acquirement through the activities' externalisation, small enterprises coordination, and contractual relations development; getting from the uniform human resources management to an individual one; a new competence and human management in order to turn on the enterprise (from the size, technological changes, internationalization and externalisation point of view); strategic decisions on human resources management decentralizing.
