Abstract: Caile persuasiunii în negociere by Stefan Alexandrescu is a complex, well researched, well structured and very useful guide to mastering persuasion and negotiation techniques for attaining success in both professional and personal life. Reading this book is a captivating experience for the learner and practitioner of the mysteries of effective communication in business and elsewhere. As its author states in his foreword to the reader, this book is addressed to people who strive for efficiency in their work, who wish to attain excellence in their careers and share their success with others. On the back cover of the volume, we find Alexandrescu’s own declaration that he especially writes for the freelancer, the entrepreneur or the young professional with a few years of experience in communication, sales and negotiation, as well as for the student who wishes to improve his/her learning experience by acquiring concrete professional negotiation strategies.
