Abstract:
Our article presents a brief overview of the importance of the mission in health care institutions, and the link between organizational mission and ethics. The research is based on an analysis of the websites of hospitals in Romania, classified in the three classes of competence, in order to identify if and how their mission has been formulated and the values that support it.
