Abstract:
This paper aims to determine the impact of economic and administrative difficulties on small and medium enterprises activities in Algeria, and what are the main solutions to address. An analytical descriptive approach has been adopted, by using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which has distributed to a random sample of SMEs (376 one). The study concluded that small and medium enterprises in Algeria are facing difficulties related to financing and Fiscality, especially banking and customs procedures, and solutions related to fighting corruption are the most important to face the difficulties that limit private investment to achieve local development.
