Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic brought to the fore the strategic importance of human resources in organizations and emphasized the need for the process of identifying and developing talents, as critical resources for organizational success. The objective of our article is to critically analyse the conceptual elements of talent management and highlight the importance of effective talent management for public organizations.
