Abstract:
On October 6-7, 2015, the Eltsin Ural Federal University with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation held a scientific seminar on Increasing the quality and quantity of scientific products of Russian authors. The review of this event is presented. The participants discussed strengths and weaknesses of Institutional and International Collaborations, the role of research mobility. It was stressed that articles produced by International Collaborations are cited better than other publications. International cooperation and increasing quality of publications were identified as important factors of raising citation of publications
