Abstract: The VIth International Abalkin Readings were held on May 18, 2016 in the framework of the International Days of Intellectual Property under the aegis of the United Nations. The Plekhanov Russian Economic University hosted the VIIIth International Forum on Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market. The program of the International Forum included the following sessions: Eurasian market of intellectual property, Accounting policy, taxation and commercialization of intellectual property at defense enterprises, Intellectual Property Management in a Credit Organization and Insurance of Intellectual Property Risks etc.
