Abstract:
In this section our authors present new books in their domain of interest. What are the incentives and the barriers to the development of innovative thinking and creativity in science and higher education? These questions are discussed by the authors from Russia, the USA, Argentina, Spain, China, Slovenia, Ukraine, Japan and South Africa on the pages of the publications offered to readers' attention.
