Abstract: The prestigious educational conference, “Ostrov 10-22”, started on 10 july 2019 at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. The goal is to create and develop regional university teams that can implement systematic changes in the field of training for technological development. It has drawn over 1500 participants from across Russia and abroad, representing a twofold increase since last year.
