Abstract: Formation of innovative economy assumes presence of an adequate scientific and innovative infrastructure, which creation and development are impossible today without state participation. Working out of ways to an activity evaluation of objects of a scientific and innovative infrastructure is necessary with a view of maintenance of efficient state support. Given article offers the methodical approach to the decision of this problem.
