The Role of the Centers of a Transfer of Technologies in Development of Small and Medium Innovative Business

Abstract: The transfer of technologies is one of major factors of development of national economy, and extent of participation in these processes of small and medium-sized enterprises of the production and scientific and technical sphere in many respects defines possibilities of their technological development, together with their competitiveness in the national and international market. Formation of effective organizational system of a transfer of technologies on the basis of strengthening of interaction of educational, scientific and production systems should promote creation of national competitive system of a transfer of technologies. The transfer of technologies should be carried out by the professional managers working in the specialized organizations. These organizations first of all are the centers of a transfer of technologies. Gradually the system of relationship between partners is transformed to a research-and-production cluster.
