Prospects of insurance of innovative risks in Russia

Abstract: In the article need of development of insurance of innovative risks for Russia is proved. Classification of risks which the innovative enterprise faces is carried out, the various points of view concerning possibility of their insurance are given. Vital issues of development of new types of insurance in Russia are revealed: high level practically all main economic risks, unavailability of the majority of the Russian insurers to introduction of new types of insurance, discrepancy between need of the innovative enterprises for insurance protection and absence of theoretical base and practical experience of insurance of innovative risks.
