Investment Policy in Information Society

Abstract: In article on the basis of experience of a number of the leading countries in the sphere of IT conditions of carrying out effective investment policy are considered. The investment policy is understood as set of the investment climate created in the country and investment strategy. Information society in this case is a vector defining an orientation of investment policy. On the basis of the analysis of growth rates of economic indicators the generalized model indicator which allows to compare economic indicators of the countries putting before a problem of formation of information society is offered. On the basis of the studied world experience conditions and factors of carrying out effective investment policy in IT sphere are allocated.
