Abstract:
This article discusses the possibility of obtaining a correct assessment of teachers from higher education institutions, often called “Rating”. There is also an approach to estimate reliability of the rating as well as expenses required for such evaluation at a given level of confidence. The method is particularly efficient for large-scale optimization of personnel, as well as staff reductions.
