Abstract:
There are the most widespread foreign techniques of an assessment of teaching personnel in higher education considered in this analytical review. According to the author, substantial successes in this area was achieved by universities and the organizations, investigating problems of the higher education, from the United States of America, Australia and a number of the European countries. Application of this experience in creation of national system of evaluation of teachers is represented as an extremely important.
