Abstract: Perspective development in Russia of the centers of collective using the scientific equipment and unique stands and installations staticizes revision of the concept of a state policy in this area. Potentially results of performance of instructions following the results of Council meetings at the President of the Russian Federation on science and education can provide high-quality shift in the organization of activity of scientific infrastructure, however don’t touch on a fundamental issue of dependence of a scientific and technological complex of Russia from import of the foreign equipment.
